We developed a Yelp-style mobile application that allows users to discover and book tables at restaurants near them with ease. The platform provides a seamless experience for both diners and restaurant owners, making local dining more accessible and engaging.

Key features include:

• Restaurant Discovery & Booking: Users can search for restaurants, explore locations on an interactive map, and book reservations directly through the app.
• Business Profiles: Restaurant owners can create and manage profiles by adding photos, descriptions, and detailed location information to attract customers.
• High-Performance Map View: A key focus of the app is its interactive map displaying hundreds of restaurant pins, ensuring smooth navigation and quick response times even with extensive data.

The project began with inheriting a legacy React Native codebase, which we fully rewrote in SwiftUI to improve performance, user experience, and maintainability. The app’s backend integration leveraged RESTful APIs over HTTP and real-time communication via WebSockets, enabling dynamic updates and efficient data handling.

We developed a comprehensive marketplace platform designed to connect beauty professionals with clients seamlessly. The app enables clients to easily search for and book appointments with beauty experts located near them, providing a convenient and efficient way to discover local services.

Key features of the app include:

• Search & Map Search: Clients can find professionals through keyword searches or by browsing nearby options on an interactive map.
• Booking & Booking Management: Users can book appointments directly through the app, while professionals manage their upcoming bookings effortlessly.
• Professional Accounts: Beauty professionals have the ability to create profiles, showcase their work by adding media, and manage their schedules within the app.

Originally developed as an MVP in SwiftUI to validate the concept quickly, the application was later fully rewritten in Flutter to support broader platforms and improve performance. Throughout the project, we provided continuous guidance and technical leadership by carefully evaluating requirements and recommending effective, scalable technical solutions that met the evolving needs of the platform.

We developed a cutting-edge SwiftUI application that leverages Stable Diffusion generative AI models, enabling users to run powerful AI-driven image generation directly on their devices without relying on cloud services.

Key features include:

• On-Device AI Model Execution: Users can generate images in real-time using Stable Diffusion models deployed locally for privacy and speed.
• Interactive Image Gallery: An intuitive gallery built with Core Data allows users to browse, save, and manage their AI-generated images seamlessly.
• Model Management: The app supports downloading and deploying AI models directly on the device using FileManager, URLSession, and ZipFoundation for efficient file handling and compression.
• Cross-Platform Navigation: Utilizing SwiftUI’s NavigationView, the app provides smooth, accessible navigation hierarchies optimized for multiple Apple platforms.
